Kilpilahti access permit office appointment reservation
The access permit office serves applicants by appointments.
In order for getting a access permit all contractors have to fulfill the requirements set by Kilpilahti area host companies:
- Identification documents (Passport or ID-card) scanned to Sedatus.
- Valid occupational safety card (from Työturvallisuuskeskus or equivalent as defined by Kilpilahti companies) scanned to Sedatus.
- Kilpilahti access permit training must be completed.
- Access permit application filled for the employee in Sedatus.
- Employer and employee documents required by the host company downloaded in Sedatus.
- For employees coming from outside of EU / ETA countries, a valid residence permit is required.
- A photograph of the employee (taken in front of a white background) downloaded into Sedatus.
In case the access permit office notices shortcomings in documentation, they can cancel the appointment, by sending an email to the contractor.

The appointment has to be scheduled at least 5 days prior to coming to Kilpilahti.
The access permit office is located in Kulloonlahdentie 17 and open and access permits can be picked up between 07.00 and 16.00 from Monday to Friday.
