Nesteen Porvoon jalostamo pysähtyy suurseisokkiin

Nesteen Porvoon jalostamon prosessiyksiköiden pysäytys jatkuu muutaman päivän ajan ja siihen liittyen saattaa esiintyä hajuhaittaa lähiympäristössä. Mahdolliset hajuhaitat eivät ole terveydelle haitallisia.

The shutdown of the process units continues for couple of days and may possibly cause odor nuisance in the near by area. Possible odor nuisances are not harmful to health.

Neste toteuttaa noin 12 viikkoa kestävän suurseisokin Porvoon jalostamolla. Suurseisokissa tehdään jalostamon määräaikaishuoltooon kuuluvia lakisääteisiä tarkastuksia, huoltotöitä ja laitteistojen perusparannuksia.
Prosessiyksiköiden pysäytykset alkavat vaiheittain maanantaina 5.4.2021. Pysäytykset kestävät noin kaksi viikkoa ja aiheuttavat lisääntynyttä soihdutusta, melua ja mahdollisesti hajuhaittaa jalostamon lähiympäristöön. Prosessiyksiköiden pysäytyksen jälkeen alkavat varsinaiset seisokkityöt, joiden aikana jalostamolta saattaa kuulua melua ja lähialueen tiet saattavat ruuhkautua.
Tiedotamme erikseen prosessiyksiköiden käynnistyksestä kesäkuussa tai jos huoltotöiden aikana sattuu poikkeamatilanne. Lisätietoja: jalostamon vuoropäällikkö, puh. 050 458 2320.
Poikkeavat liikennejärjestelyt seisokin aikana
Suurseisokista johtuen Kilpilahden alueella on poikkeavia liikennejärjestelyjä 21.4. – 31.5.2021. Ajoyhteys tien MT170 (Uusi Porvoontie) kautta valtatie 7:n ylittävän sillan yli Kilpilahdentietä jalostamon suuntaan on katkaistu. Saavuttaessa Kilpilahteen Uutta Porvoontietä (170) tai VT7 Porvoon suunnasta, tulee käyttää Nesteentietä (148), ajoyhteytenä jalostamon suuntaan.

Neste’s refinery in Porvoo will be shut down for a major turnaround
Neste will execute an approximately twelve-week major turnaround at the Porvoo refinery. In a major turnaround, regulatory inspections, maintenance works and selected asset improvement initiatives are carried out.
The shutdowns of the process units will begin in stages on Monday 5 April 2021 and will take about two weeks. The shutdown of process units can cause increased flaring, noise, and possibly odor nuisance in the vicinity of the refinery. After the shutdown of the units, the maintenance works will begin and can cause noise and congestion to the nearby roads.

Exceptional traffic arrangements during the Neste major turnaround
Due to the major turnaround at the Neste refinery in Porvoo, there will be exceptional traffic arrangements in the Kilpilahti area during 21.4.-31.5.2021. The driving connection via the road MT170 (Uusi Porvoontie) over the bridge over highway 7 to Kilpilahdentie towards the refinery will be closed to traffic. When arriving to Kilpilahti via the road MT 170 (Uusi Porvoontie) or VT7 from Porvoo direction, use the Nesteentie (148) when driving towards the refinery.
